सभी अतिथियों से विनम्र आग्रह है कि कृपया निम्न बिन्दुओं पर गंभीरता से विचार करे तथा मैनेजमेन्ट को श्रेष्ठ सेवायें उपलब्ध कराने में सहयोग प्रदान करें।

• Please complete your inventory in Visitor's Book before asking for the key the possession of the room.
• Management welcomes your valuable suggestions/comments in the suggestion register, available with the Receptionist on duty.
• To avoid inconvenience to you, please send your requisition for accommodation well in advances, to enable the management to provide you a suitable accommodation or to communicate you accordingly.
• Before going out, please check that all the electric switches are off.
• Please ensure that all the water tapes are properly closed when not in use.
• Please bolt your room before going to bed.
• Please lock your room while going out.
• Please off all the unwanted lights when not required.
• Please don't allow any stranger in your room.
• The person who is not known to you as employee of the Circuit House, please don't ask him for anything nor handover any belonging to him.
• Please keep your valuable and money etc, in lock & key.
• Management will not be responsible for any theft or losses.
• Please help the management to serve you more better by placing advance orders for Newspaper, Laundry services and having these service as under :-

Please take your breakfast, lunch & dinner in the dining hall, if not inconvenient to you, Extra room service will be charged 15% on the total bill for the Meals/Breakfast etc. served in the room.
• If you are going to check out between 10:00 PM to 06:30 AM then please ask for the bill and clear the same before 10:00 PM.
• Before checking out please ensure that your all dues have been cleared.
• To avoid inconvenience please ask for the bill in 30 minutes advance and clear the same before leaving Circuit House.
• Please don't tip an employee.
• If you want, than you can check your room family. Only entitled persons are allowed to stay along with their family. If guests allow or leave any body other than the family in the room, Group "D" (Private) rates are chargeable and something unwanted happen, the person in whose name the room is allotted, will be held responsible.
